Upon signing, buyers are required to make an initial deposit of $5,000. Within the next 30 days, this initial payment is to be followed by an additional amount to bring the total deposit up to 5% of the purchase price. Finally, 15% of the purchase price is due at the time of occupancy.
Off Shore Deposit Structure:
For buyers from overseas, the deposit structure is more staggered. An initial deposit of $5,000 is due with the offer. Within 30 days, an additional payment is required to bring the total deposit up to 7.5% of the purchase price.
