Cancellation and Refund policy

In case you change your mind and would like to cancel services, please note the following refund policy:

  • If the cancellation request is received within 5 days of making the payment and at least 30 days before the date of departure, 100% of the fee will be refunded.
  • If the cancellation request is received after 5 working days of making the payment and at least 30 days before the date of departure, a 10% admin fee will be deducted.
  • If the cancellation request is received after delivery of any of the pre-departure services, a 20% fee will be deducted.
  • There will be no refund if the cancellation request is received less than 30 days before the date of departure to Canada.
  • Note: The refund amount will be reflected in/ transmitted to the same account from which the transaction amount was paid.
