Project Payment Plan:

  1. Upon signing the contract, a $5,000 bank draft is required.

Plumbing: Rough-in incoming water main and sanitary main will be available for units 500 square feet and larger. Each unit may connect ½” water supply with submeter and 2” drainage. Purchaser shall be responsible for in-suite electric domestic hot water heater, as required.

Life/Safety System: Each unit will be equipped with a fire alarm as per Ontario Building Code requirements, ensuring the highest standards of safety for your business and employees.

95 Corporate Centre is made easy with our flexible deposit structure. Here's a breakdown of the deposit requirements:

1. $5,000 Bank Draft on Signing

Upon signing the purchase agreement, a $5,000 bank draft is required to secure your unit.

2. Balance to 5% in 30 Days

Within 30 days of signing the purchase agreement, an additional sum is due to bring the total deposit to 5% of the purchase price.

3. 10% in 90 Days

Ninety days after signing the purchase agreement, a further 10% of the purchase price is due as a deposit.

4. 5% in 180 Days

Six months after signing the purchase agreement, an additional 5% of the purchase price is due as a deposit.

5. 10% on Occupancy
